The innovative, patented carbide cutting edges of our hammer drills are optimised for the toughest use in concrete & stone and even in reinforced concrete. A robust carbide profile ensures fast drilling progress. Thanks to the special manufacturing process of the patented helix shapes, the helixes are characterised by smooth drill running and continuous as well as fast drill dust removal. TCG offers a wide and deep range of hammer drills with two, three and four cutting edges in various lengths and diameters that are PGM compliant. This means that the different needs in terms of drilling speed, durability and material suitability are always optimally served.

Our chisels are strong and powerful in stone and concrete. This makes them particularly suitable for demolition work and precise mortising work. Thanks to the use of low-wear tool steel and a special hardening process, our chisels have a particularly long service life.

Special concrete & masonry drills are used for drilling in concrete and masonry. The brazing of the carbide plate withstands high stresses in concrete drills. In the field of concrete drills, only products manufactured according to the regulations of the Prüfgemeinschaft Mauerbohrer (PGM), an independent institute, should be used. You can recognise this by the quality mark or the symbol embossed on the drill bit. TCG offers concrete and masonry drills for various applications and materials, such as masonry, aerated concrete, natural stone, marble, sand-lime brick, and aerated concrete, among others.

For the processing of wood, we offer the TCG wood drills. Wood drills are equipped with a distinctive centre point. The exact positioning of the hole is determined with the help of the centre point. Lateral shoulder cutting edges ensure clean cutting of the fibres at the edge of the hole. TCG's extensive range includes many different wood drills that can be used for various types of wood such as hardwood, softwood, shuttering boards, coated chipboard, solid wood, and plywood. We use only the best steel for our quality wood drills. At the same time, we attach great importance to precise workmanship, which can be seen, for example, in the sharpness of the cutting edges or in the low concentricity values. Finally, aspects such as ergonomics and work safety play a decisive role. In doing so, we are guided by the demands of the professional user.

High-quality tools are of decisive importance for the machining of metals. The precise connection of components requires precise drilling. Out-of-round holes or holes with burrs can lead to the need for reworking, which can have a decisive effect on the quality of the workmanship. Against this background, it is essential to use drills that are manufactured in compliance with the applicable DIN standards. TCG metal drills meet the highest quality standards, in particular the DIN 338 RN standard for excellent dimensional accuracy of the hole and high concentricity in accordance with DIN 1414. The products can be used in various materials such as steel (alloyed and unalloyed), iron, cast iron, sheet metal, non-ferrous metals, plastics, cast steel and steel.

For machining very hard materials, diamond tools - in addition to carbide-tipped tools - have established themselves on the market. Diamond products are an ideal tool for extremely precise, fast, and low-vibration applications in many materials, as well as for parting cuts or drilling large diameters.
